Hello, and welcome! I am Mercedes Quinn, a licensed cosmetologist serving the northern Virginia and eastern North Carolina areas. I received my education at Graham Webb International Academy of Hair in Arlington, Virginia before moving to North Carolina.

While living in North Carolina, I became the head HMUA for Boudoir by Ashley Rescott. I also began volunteering at Tryon Palace in New Bern, where I discovered the joy of creating 18th century hairstyles.

When not doing hair, I can be found with a cup of coffee in hand and my child and dog trailing behind me.
